Return Policy

Oviius accepts returns on products purchased from Oviius Supplies within 30 days of delivery. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Oviius's, some seller returns policies may vary, from 5 days to 30 days after delivery. Please inquiry directly about the seller’s return policy at the time of purchase.
By using Oviius Services, you consent to the practices described in our Returns Policy.

Requirements to request a return:

The items shipped from Oviius.com, included Oviius Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they meet the following requirements:

  • Tangible Products: Tangible products, except for products in the fresh food category, can be returned as long as they have not been opened or show signs of use. If you purchased the product from Oviius Supplies, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. If you purchased a product from one of the affiliate sellers on Oviius.com, you should check the shipping policies when purchasing directly from the seller.
  • Services: The services provided by Oviius, and the processing fees associated with certain services, required for the development and provision of the service itself, such as Oviius Cloud, Oviius AI, Oviius Pay, Oviius Marketplace, Oviius ERP, Oviius Supplies are not subject to returns. If you are affiliated to any of these Oviius services you can cancel your plan anytime. Sellers or other affiliated businesses on Oviius.com that sell services, manage their own return policies, please inquiry directly about the seller’s return policy at the time of making your purchase.
  • Digital Content: Digital content, such as photographs, videos, 3D resources, pre-recorded courses, and all content in general is not subject to returns. You can download the available trial content before making you purchase.

Refund Policy

When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders. In general we issue the refund to the payment method used during the purchase, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
By using Oviius Services, you consent to the practices described in our Refunds Policy.

When you can request a Refund?

When you purchase a product/service on Oviius.com from other businesses or affiliated sellers on Oviius.com, the funds from sales (product/service) are held for a time period of 5 business days for local purchases in your country, and up to 30 business days for international purchases, from the date of purchase.

During this time, the verification period, the buyer must review the purchased product/service, and if a refund is required, they can request it directly from Oviius.com at support@oviius.com.

After the verification period, the funds from the purchase are transferred directly to the seller´s bank account, and at the same time, the responsibility for the purchased product/service is transferred directly to the buyer.

To request a refund of your purchase after the verification period available to the buyer (5 business days for local purchases and up to 30 business days for international purchases, from the date of purchase), you must do so directly to the affiliated business or seller.

  • Tangible Products: If you requested a refund for a product purchased on Oviius.com, from other businesses or affiliated sellers, to the email support@oviius.com, within the verification period for the buyer(5 business days for local purchases and up to 30 business days for international purchases, from the date of purchase) , or if you purchased a product from Oviius Supplies, the refund will be provided after we process your return item at our facilities.
    It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.
  • Services: The services provided by Oviius, and the processing fees associated with certain services, required for the development and provision of the service itself, such as Oviius Cloud, Oviius AI, Oviius Pay, Oviius Marketplace, Oviius ERP, Oviius Supplies are not subject to refunds. If you are affiliated to any of these Oviius services you can cancel your plan anytime.
    If you requested a refund for a service purchased on Oviius.com, from other businesses or affiliated sellers, to the email support@oviius.com, within the verification period for the buyer (5 business days for local purchases and up to 30 business days for international purchases, from the date of purchase), the refund may take up to 15 days for us to receive and process. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.
  • Digital Content: Digital Content such as photographs, videos, 3D resources, pre-recorded courses, and all content in general provided on Oviius.com is not subject to returns or refunds. In this case you can download the available trial content before making your purchase.
